Question 1

What is Wisdomwave Hub?

Accepted Answer

Wisdomwave Hub is a professional mentorship platform where learners connect with experienced mentors for structured 1:1 guidance. It combines discovery, booking, messaging, and follow-up learning tools in one workspace.

Question 2

How do I choose the right mentor?

Accepted Answer

Use the mentor directory to compare expertise, focus areas, pricing, and communication style. Define your target outcome first, then select a mentor with strong domain fit rather than only the lowest price.

Question 3

How does booking and scheduling work?

Accepted Answer

Booking is handled through mentor availability and checkout. After booking, learners and mentors coordinate through messaging so preparation, delivery, and follow-up stay in one place.

Question 4

How should I prepare for a mentorship session?

Accepted Answer

Prepare three items: your goal, current blockers, and concrete examples such as portfolio links, docs, code, or business context. This helps mentors give focused advice instead of generic recommendations.

Question 5

Who is the platform for?

Accepted Answer

Learners who want direction and accountability, and mentors who want a professional system to offer sessions, products, and long-term value.

Question 6

What can I do in the Learner Dashboard?

Accepted Answer

The Learner Dashboard includes mentor recommendations, session calendar, questions, purchased products in the Wisdomwave Library, messaging, translation, profile, and settings.

Question 7

What if recommendations are unavailable temporarily?

Accepted Answer

You can keep browsing mentors, messaging, and booking sessions while recommendations refresh. Your profile and progress stay saved.

Question 8

What can I do in the Mentor Dashboard?

Accepted Answer

The Mentor Cabinet covers upcoming bookings, public profile and availability, sessions and messages, learner questions, digital products and payouts, and optional AI helper tools.

Question 9

How do mentors manage learner questions and answers?

Accepted Answer

Mentors review pending questions and respond with video or document answers. Learners can track status from submitted to answered.

Question 10

How do mentors improve discoverability and conversion?

Accepted Answer

Keep your profile specific and outcome-driven: a clear niche, expertise tags, a strong bio, realistic pricing, and updated availability.

Question 11

Can one account be both learner and mentor?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your profile has both roles, you can switch dashboards from navigation without creating a separate account.

Question 12

Do learners or mentors pay a platform subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no learner or mentor platform subscriptions. Learners join free and only pay the mentor’s listed price. Mentors list for free.

Question 13

What does Wisdomwave Hub charge?

Accepted Answer

The only platform charge is a 15% fee on successful paid mentor transactions. Learners do not pay an extra platform fee on top of the mentor’s listed price.

Question 14

How are payments and payouts handled?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed by Stripe. Wisdomwave Hub does not store full card details. Mentors receive payouts through Stripe Connect after the 15% platform fee and Stripe processing fees.

Question 15

How do privacy, legal, and cookies work?

Accepted Answer

The Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy explain data use, platform rules, and consent choices.

Question 16

How is account security handled?

Accepted Answer

Accounts use secure authentication. You can update email and password in settings. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Question 17

How do you support trust and platform quality?

Accepted Answer

We rely on transparent mentor profiles, secure payments, clear policies, authenticated accounts, and communication tools that reduce friction.

Question 18

How do I contact support or ask a partnership question?

Accepted Answer

Use the Contact page or email support@wisdomwavehub.com. For privacy and data-rights requests, email info@wisdomwavehub.com.

Question 19

How fast can I expect a response?

Accepted Answer

We prioritise account access, booking, and payment issues. Include your account email, a short summary, and any booking or transaction details.

Question 20

What details should I include when reporting an issue?

Accepted Answer

Include your account email, whether you are a learner or mentor, the page or tab, approximate time, steps to reproduce, and booking IDs if relevant.

Question 21

Where can I self-serve before contacting support?

Accepted Answer

Most account, profile, schedule, and notification updates can be handled in dashboard tabs. Policy questions are covered in Privacy, Terms, and Cookie Policy pages.
